I met Kevin Russell this morning from 3, the mobile operator. He is the first company CEO in here since we started and had a warm welcome for Consumer Focus: “You have a really important job over the next two years, with significant scope for winning service and pricing for consumers. The UK has lost sight of quality, innovation and value and as the economy gets tougher, consumer groups are going to have a far greater role to play.”
