The new cooperativism

I think it was Stephen Viederman, the radical US philanthropist who said to me that all the ‘isms’ have turned to ‘wasms’. Anyone for ‘capitalwasm’?

  1. John Curl’s opener, ‘The Co-operative Movement in Century 21’, says co-operation is both a ‘natural formation of human interaction’ and ‘a modern social movement’. Perhaps that’s why the editors used the term ‘co-operativism’. Anyway, capitalwasm’s a good one. If only.
