  1. As Co-op Bob says elsewhere, “Those involved in self-organised work are implicated in strategies of self-management as precarious cognitive subjects”. The question of ‘silence’ versus ‘unholy racket’ in the context of cuts to public library services would seem to be caught by this implication that there may be ‘Big Society’-style precarious strategic self-management in the near future, if not now. Or something.
